FAQ · Warranty
How do I file a waterproofing warranty claim?
One call. A site visit within 5 business days. The paperwork is signed by the owner — no corporate call center.
Short answer
Call 504-499-5843. We come out within 5 business days, diagnose, and resolve at no cost if it is a covered issue. The paperwork is signed by the owner — you are not digging through a corporate call center to reach someone.
The full picture
The whole point of a contractor-issued warranty is that you can actually reach the contractor when you need them. Here is what to expect, step by step, if water shows up in a warranted area.
Step 1 — Call us
Call 504-499-5843. If it is after hours, leave a voicemail with your address and a brief description of what you are seeing. We return after-hours calls about active water within the same day. If water is currently coming in and the situation feels urgent, say so — we will route you to the on-call specialist.
Step 2 — Schedule the site visit
We aim to be on-site within 5 business days. For active water intrusion, often sooner. The visit is a real diagnostic call — not a sales appointment. Bring whatever you have:
- Your warranty document (we have it on file too — this is just a backup)
- Photos or video of the water if it has dried up between event and visit
- A rough sense of when it started and how often it happens
Step 3 — Diagnose the source
The specialist confirms whether the water is coming through the warranted area, or from a different source. This is the part most homeowners do not see in standard warranty processes — we explain in plain English what is happening before discussing repair.
- If it is a covered issue: we schedule the repair at no cost. No deductible.
- If it is a different source (roof leak, burst pipe, unrelated wall): we write up what we found, share it with you in writing, and quote any additional work separately. You decide whether to proceed.
Step 4 — Repair
Covered repairs are scheduled as quickly as parts and crew availability allow. Most warranty repairs are completed in a single visit. You get the same written documentation we provide on original installations.
What you do not have to do
You do not have to:
- Fill out an online portal form and wait for a case number.
- Pay a “diagnostic fee” before we look.
- Prove the water came in on a specific date.
- Argue with a representative who has never seen the property.
The warranty is signed by the owner. The phone gets answered by the same company that installed your system. That is the entire model.
Free inspection. Written estimate within 24 hours.
No verbal guesses. No high-pressure follow-up. Just a specialist who shows up on time.
